MechanIQ is provided as a software-as-a-service diagnostic platform for professional automotive technicians and workshops. By creating an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and within the scope of your subscription.

Trials & subscriptions

Free trials are subject to entitlement and usage limits. Plans and pricing may change; published monetary pricing is only effective once finalised. Workshop onboarding is idempotent and resilient to partial failure.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of diagnostic data you enter and for ensuring that customer and vehicle data is handled in accordance with applicable law. MechanIQ provides diagnostic assistance; it does not replace professional judgement or manufacturer procedures.

Tenant isolation

Each workshop's data is isolated. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other workshops or organisations.
