MechanIQ is a multi-tenant diagnostic platform. Workshop data — customers, vehicles, diagnostic sessions, evidence and repairs — is scoped to the workshop and organisation that created it. Row-level security (RLS) enforces that a user can only read or modify records belonging to their own workshops and organisations, except platform administrators acting within their administrative role.

Workshop knowledge

Verified repair knowledge starts as PRIVATE_ONLY and remains private to the originating workshop. Promotion to organisation or global scope requires an explicit sharing-policy change, Master Technician review, and an anonymisation pipeline. No demo or benchmark record ever contributes to production private or global learning.

Account data

Your email and authentication credentials are managed by the platform's authentication system. We do not sell your data.

Contact submissions

Information submitted through the public contact form is stored for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and is accessible only to platform administrators.
