Who writes and reviews MechanIQ content
MechanIQ content trust architecture requires every technical page to declare an author, a technical reviewer, and a last-reviewed date. AutoLogic Diagnostics serves as the real-world field-test and validation partner — not the manufacturer or owner of MechanIQ.
- MechanIQ Editorial TeamMechanIQ Editorial
The MechanIQ editorial team produces technical diagnostic content structured around the MechanIQ evidence-driven methodology: complaint → vehicle identity → DTCs → evidence → measurements → differential diagnosis → next-best-test → confirmed cause → repair → verification. All technical content is reviewed by AutoLogic Diagnostics before publication.
- Validation PartnerAutoLogic DiagnosticsField-Test & Validation Partner
AutoLogic Diagnostics is a South African automotive diagnostic specialist workshop that serves as MechanIQ's real-world field-test and validation partner. The relationship is validation only — AutoLogic tests MechanIQ's diagnostic workflows against live workshop cases, verifies that structured evidence paths and next-best-test logic hold up under real fault conditions, and feeds approved, anonymised case evidence back into the knowledge base. AutoLogic Diagnostics is NOT the manufacturer, owner, or headquarters of MechanIQ. MechanIQ is an independent software platform. AutoLogic's role is limited to field validation, procedural review, and technical accuracy confirmation of diagnostic content where a case has been observed in the workshop. Where MechanIQ content references a case "validated by AutoLogic Diagnostics", it means the diagnostic workflow described was observed and confirmed in a real vehicle in the AutoLogic workshop, with all customer, VIN, and registration information removed before publication.
